This Privacy Policy describes how PZENT Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the MyOffice Connect mobile application.

Account info: name, email, phone number, unit / building code
Usage data: service requests submitted, request history, in-app comments
Device info: device model, OS version, language
Push notification tokens (via Apple APNs / Google FCM)

We do not collect location (GPS), photos, audio, or financial information.

To fulfill service requests submitted via the app
To communicate request status updates
To improve the user experience
To maintain system security and detect misuse

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) — push notification tokens only
Legal authorities, when formally required by law
